East Java's economic recovery due to the Covid-19 pandemic is no better than national recovery. In 2020, growth contracted by 2.33 percent (y-on-y), deeper economy which 2.07 (y-on-y). Moreover, when began recover and grew 3.69 (y-on-y) in 2021, only increased 3.57 These conditions indicate that Java need of appropriate comprehensive policies support acceleration Viewed from high contribution Manufacturing Industry (C) sector GRDP recent years, this has opportunity be encouraged grow. However, not been able explain interlinkages between sectors occur a region. By using 2016 IRIO table, input-output analysis can provide more complete information covering inter-sectoral inter-regional linkages cannot captured figures. The results showed (C), Electricity Gas Procurement (D), Information Communication (J) were key Java. sectors, especially have potential boost output as whole. Spatially, seen input transaction pattern, among others, transactions are dominated with other provinces on island Java, some Kalimantan, well Eastern Indonesia (KTI), namely Bali-Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, Maluku- Papua. demand for intermediate KTI, DKI Jakarta Seeing location closer makes it an increase supply KTI.
